Desi Student Union was founded in 2020 as a solution to unite the south Asian students under one platform. Our similarities are far more than the differences that divide us. Fast forwarding to 2024, we have become a national union of Desi students representing students from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka. Together we can achieve more.

Every south Asian student in the UK is automatically a member of the Desi Students Union. Together with our members, we are a union of students where individuals connect, have fun, build communities, share experiences, and make a change.
